Hi, I'm Tamara the baker behind it all.

This started the way a lot of good things do: in my own kitchen, with a recipe I couldn't stop tweaking. I baked babka over and over, testing and adjusting, until it finally tasted the way I wanted it to.

Babka has always meant something to me. Growing up, it was part of the moments I remember most, the kind of thing that brings people to the table. Making it myself felt like carrying a little of that forward.

I bake everything in small batches, using a traditional recipe and the best ingredients I can find. I'm not interested in shortcuts. I just want every loaf to be soft, layered, and worth sharing.

Right now I'm baking for the Greater Montreal area and Laval, with hopes to ship across North America soon.
